   comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Enrollment and Payment
   Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
   All fees listed are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. User Responsibilities
   Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.
   Users agree not to misuse the website or disrupt other users’ access.
4. Intellectual Property All content, materials, and resources provided by Kalinga Code Academy are
   protected by copyright and remain our property.
5. Termination Kalinga Code Academy reserves the right to terminate user access for violations of
   terms or inappropriate behaviour.
6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users
   will be notified of significant changes via email or website notifications.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
   Refund requests must be made within 7 days of course enrollment.
   No refund requests will be entertained after 7 days of enrollment or after course
   commencement.
2. Procedure To request a refund, contact our support team at info@kalingacode.com with your
   enrollment details and reason for the refund request.
3. Refund Processing Refunds are credited within 14 working days and credited back to the
   original payment method.
4. Exceptions No refunds will be issued if the user has accessed significant portions of course
   content or materials.
